Heidi is a healthcare leader with more than 12 years in system modernization and community health. She has held a variety of senior roles in the public sector, as Vice President, Program Innovation at Health Shared Services Ontario, Vice President, Strategy at Health and Safety Ontario, and overseeing provincial programs of Ontario’s regional health authorities as Senior Director of the LHIN Collaborative.

When Heidi joined Health Commons, it was with the belief that we need to cultivate and nourish new system players – community leaders, solutions labs, technology entrepreneurs and grassroots organizations – to lead the way for transformation in health and healthcare. As an executive advisor and strategist with Health Commons since 2018, she brings extensive knowledge of health systems and policy, as well on-the-ground program operations.

Prior to her work in healthcare, Heidi was a management consultant working in emerging technologies and organizational change and emerging technologies. She has a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Toronto.
