Nour has a passion for education and working in the community. She is currently a PhD candidate in Policy Studies at Toronto Metropolitan University. She holds a MSc in Global Health from McMaster University and specialized in Implementing Innovations on a Global Scale at Maastricht University in the Netherlands. She has worked in various international settings including refugee camps in Jordan and Greece and has worked closely with the immigrant and refugee communities here in Ontario. Nour brings her front-line experiences in food banks, shelters, helplines and settlement agencies to advocate for health equity in the policy space. She enjoys combining her love of research and community together at the Lab.
